Shipping Information

• Your item will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS). These are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
• Your item will usually ship the same business day. Our warehouse operates only monday through friday.
• FREE SHIPPING – You will get your shipping on orders $80 or more. The free shipping qualifies to only within United States of America
• Payments are processed in the order in which they are received in our shipping department – most often the day AFTER payment clears. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Frequently, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be processed fast within 2 business days. Occasionally, certain items may take 5-6 business days excluding the weekends
• There is a $6.95 flat rate shipping charge on all orders under $80 within United States. Yes, pay only $6.95 shipping on your entire order – unlimited items and it includes all the states
• International orders may take longer. We may contact you to verify your order
• Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost
• All shipments that has APO’s, FPO’s and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of any shipping option chosen
• We offer a variety of shipping options for you during Checkout. The options made available to you will depend on your shipping address, and shipping carriers might be changed if necessary.
• We will make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days of cleared payment. All FedEx shipments include insurance up to $100 – additional insurance may be provided upon request. Orders sent via FedEx will automatically generate an email upon shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery.
• For shipment where USPS Priority Mail is available – These shipments include delivery confirmation only and may be insured for the amount purchased. Orders sent via Priority Mail will automatically generate an email upon shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days to arrive
• Unfortunately, we cant reroute any shipments after it leaves our warehouse

Shipping Methods / Options — Domestic (USA)

• Your item will be shipped to you via UPS and the US Postal Service, however occasionally we may send your item via Fed Ex, DHL. If you are unable to receive packages using any of these carriers please let us know when you place your order by using the comment section of the check out page

Express Shipping, Next Day and 2-Day Air packages

• When you order UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments, we will make all efforts to ship the same day you order before 2pm Pacific Standard Time
• Orders received after 2 pm Pacific Standard Time may not ship until the next Business Day.
• If any delay occur regarding your item, we will contact you
• When you order large, bulky, or heavy items, you may incur additional Express (air) shipping charges
• Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information. If we don’t have contact information, we simply can’t get in touch with you
• **Important Note: All packages including Express services are shipped within 1-2 business days of your cleared payment. (i.e. A payment made on Thursday morning for Overnight Service will get processed on Friday for overnight delivery on Monday.)
• If you are shipping to AK, HI or PR, a PO Box or APO/FPO you must select either “Economy Ground” (FedEx SmartPost) or USPS Priority Mail at Checkout!

• Your item can be shipped to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses

• OUTSIDE THE USA — FREE Shipping is not available outside of the US states.  You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Unfortunately, the exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table above and on your invoice represent the “Average Shipping Cost” of “shipping a sample package” using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order. If your cost exceeds the “average” by more than 15% you will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges
• All International packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition. Returns are NOT permitted on International shipments

• All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses. These are not toys!

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

• DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery

Returns & Exchanges

• Any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date may be returned for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment. Provided the item is in new or like-new condition. After this date the manufacturers’ warranty applies. We will only issue a refund or send a replacement once the item has been received in our warehouse
• We have an unconditional return policy on all of our items purchased
• Requests for substitutes on product bought may be accommodated, but must be made prior to completing shipment, and will incur an additional handling fee
